イッツ ア ファクト レコーズは２００３年１０月から札幌でスタートしたインディーズレーベル。

オレンジカウンティーのパンクバンドTHE VANDALSのファンだったことから一切迷わず、ヴァンダルズの曲名である"IT'S A FACT"と名付けた。
